my favorite sweet turkey's snack :-)

This is one of my favorite sweet snack. 

The name is Hosbes. 

I really love it. 

(Especially delicious strawberry and vanilla flavor) 

When I come back my country, I think to buy this a lot :-) !!!!!!!!

Selçuk

Selçuk is the central town of Selçuk district, İzmir Province in Turkey, 

2 kilometres (1 mile) northeast of the ancient city of Ephesus.

Selçuk is held every Saturday. 

( Every Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m ) 

If you visit on Saturday, then iI recommend to visit you the market. 

You can see the Turkish traditional market landscape. 

You can buy a variety of cheap food :-) !!!!!!!!

Karakoy Gulluoglu

Karakoy Gulluoglu which started as a small shop in Karaköy in1949

now is the owner of the first baklava factory in the world. 

Karakoy Gulluoglu targets to successfully represent with the baclawa all around the world

 and to sustain its well-deserved “reliable company” status without any compromise from its traditional craftsman and tradesman spirit. 

Karakoy Gulluoglu mission is to o promote the baclawa all around the world

 with a different approach to traditional baclawa cuisine.

I want to try to eat turkey's traditional dessert so I search the popular

baclawa store and I knew there.  

Karakoy Gulluoglu runs main store and chain store. 

The main store is always crowded many customers but

Chain store is less crowded relatively.

If you couldn't visit store, you can order baclawa through web-page. 

Customers have to order in advance.

After paying the money, the employee serve the baclawa.  

Karakoy Gulluoglu made the best baclawa in Turkey.

(I like to eat chocolate baclawa especially)

The good way eating Baklava is to drink with a chai  tea :-)

(Because Baklava is so sweet) 

Cappadocia

Cappadocia can travel throughout the year.
If you plan to enjoy the tracking, you should avoid the hot summer as possible. 

The Rose Valley in Cappadociais the best tracking course. 

Cappadocia's Balloon Tours is very gorgeous.
If you try this tour, you can overlook the whole view of Cappadocia 
This tour takes approximately 1 hour.
After landing, You will be given a certificate with a champagne christening.
Cost is too expensive, but you must be satisfied 

Cappadocia  is located in the highlands of Anatolia Volcanic center. 
Cappadocia  look like mushrooms and steeple. 

It is very wide so you have better attend tour so as to look around 
throughout Cappadocia .

If you travel in Cappadocia , you naver forget there :-) 
You can experience in only Turkey. 

Cappadocia is very famous pottery kebeb.
