Karakoy Gulluoglu which started as a small shop in Karaköy in1949

now is the owner of the first baklava factory in the world. 

Karakoy Gulluoglu targets to successfully represent with the baclawa all around the world

 and to sustain its well-deserved “reliable company” status without any compromise from its traditional craftsman and tradesman spirit.

 with a different approach to traditional baclawa cuisine.

I want to try to eat turkey's traditional dessert so I search the popular

baclawa store and I knew there.  

Karakoy Gulluoglu runs main store and chain store. 

The main store is always crowded many customers but

Chain store is less crowded relatively.

If you couldn't visit store, you can order baclawa through web-page. 

Customers have to order in advance.

After paying the money, the employee serve the baclawa.  

Karakoy Gulluoglu made the best baclawa in Turkey.

(I like to eat chocolate baclawa especially)

The good way eating Baklava is to drink with a chai  tea :-)

(Because Baklava is so sweet)
